Mapping the Streets on Video - The fastest way of contributing waypoint and track data.

Video mapping is so far, the fastest way of mapping streets. You can capture multiple waypoints or establishments and locations while tracing uncharted roads at the same time as you move along. Video mapping requires intermediate knowledge of mapping. Once you learn the basics of mapping and contributing to a mapping consortia such as Openstreetmap, RoadGuide, and Google Mapmaker, video mapping can easily be learned. All you need is a device that can take video, a vehicle or bicycle, a GPS that can record tracks, and a computer.

It was a cold and stormy Sunday night and we were craving for a warm rice meal for dinner. And it was that I remembered there was this new fast food area in Las Piñas City near the University of Perpetual Help Rizal that offers hot rice bowl. It is the Mongolian Rice Bowl. The last time I had tried to dine at Mongolian Rice Bowl was 16 years ago. So why not try it again and see what they offer now.

Caylabne Bay Resort

Caylabne Bay is a private resort at the end of Cavite's westward road. It passes through the Palay-Palay Mountain Range where Mt. Pico De Loro Ternate Jump-off is located. Caylabne bay is second to the last of the coves of Pico De Loro's northern ridge facing Manila Bay. Together with other coves along this area which includes the Marine base, they are lined up to the opening of Manila Bay to the West Philippine Sea. The beach is surrounded by rolling hills, and sunsets are spectacular.

Lusong Island - Coron Palawan's wealth of underwater species for divers.

Lusong Island is one of the island member of the Calamian Group. Located at the northern tip of Palawan and is famously known as Coron to many. The island is south of Busuanga, the major island of the Calamian where its beauty is seen underwater. The island possesses the Coral Gardens, an area southwest of the island to where corals thrives. And at its southeast is the Lusong Gunboat, a 10-meter shipwreck during World War II and is now transformed to a plethora of corals and fish species to which divers can enjoy.

Kayangan Lake - One of the cleanest lake in the Philippines

Kayangan Lake is one of the most photographed spot in the Philippines due to its beautiful granite islet/hills spreading across the turquoise seas around Calamian Group of Islands in Palawan. A captivating scenery to which Filipinos must be proud of and to preserve. Kayangan is no doubt to be one of the cleanest lakes in the Philippines to which humans and fishes alike are at harmony. Located at Coron Island, this lake is a must visit.
